Hospitality Tent Village
The Hospitality Tent Village (HTV) is conveniently located directly
behind the main grandstand sections of Memphis Motorsports Park.
The HTV areas are paved, fenced and gate security is provided. They
also include restroom units inside the villages, running water and
two preferred parking passes per unit. Tents are sold with the following
standard equipment:
- 75-80% seating capacity
- Carpeting
- Group identification sign
- Umbrella tables
- Chairs
- Serving tables
- Surrounding picket fence
- Tablecloths
- Coca Cola Fan Walk
- Heating and Cooling
- Television (s)
- Public Address System
- Event Program(s)
